Like new 2018 custom tiny home. Home was used by our mother who was disabled and was built for that purpose. It is 12x30 (288 sq. ft of inside living area) plus a 6' front porch with ceiling fan. Inside, you will find luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a full bathroom, kitchen with sink, counters, cabinets, electric 4 burner range/oven and an apartment size refrigerator. Hot water is supplied by a Rinnai propane tankless water heater. The home is heated and cooled by a Pioneer mini-split heat and air system. The interior ceiling was custom built with galvalume sheets. All walls and ceiling are well insulated. There is also an insulated attic above the porch with ample storage space.
